Administrative records can illuminate or hide incidents of bias, neglect, and abuse. All too often these records are kept and maintained in inadequate and inaccessible ways, hindering efforts to understand patterns of behavior and policy. HRDAG organizes and structures datasets to be maximally useful in answering questions of bias, neglect, and abuse.
