Beatriz Vejarano has consulted with HRDAG in Colombia since 2006, and she has provided overall support in the coordination and execution of the organization’s activities in Colombia. Before joining the HRDAG–Colombia team, she worked with Colombian human rights organizations, and with international bodies in conflict transformation, community development, and technical assistance in Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Perú.

Beatriz has degrees from New York University in Literature, from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, in Political Science, and a master of science degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University in Washington, D.C.
