Ken Ward

Ken Ward, B.Sc., is a computer database consultant. He has designed human rights violations database systems for United Nations missions in Guatemala and Timor-Leste, and for the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and several NGOs in Cambodia. He has also worked as a human rights investigator. He recently assisted the Commission for Reception, Truth and Reconciliation in Timor-Leste (CAVR) in implementing an information management system, in addition to advising on the development of the Analyzer human rights violations database system.
