Cambodia

Since 1999, HRDAG has provided technical assistance to a human rights documentation project in Cambodia. HRDAG designed a database and trained members of the two largest human rights organizations in Cambodia; the Cambodian League for the Promotion and Defense of Human Rights (LICADHO) and Cambodia Human Rights and Development Association (ADHOC). Since its initial implementation, the system has been extended to include additional functionality including complete multi-lingual capacity (English/Khmer) and basic standardized statistical reports. At present LICADHO has over 2800 human rights cases stored in its database.
